Lead Associate - Operations (Travel Expense) Job Title: Lead Associate - Operations (Travel Expense) 
Location: Metro Manila, Philippines 
Work Mode: Onsite, Shifting Schedule 
Required Must be okay working 100% onsite at WNS Bridgetowne Site 
2yrs BPO/Banking domain experience handling customer interactions via Chats, Calls, Emails 
Understanding of Credit card billings, reimbursements, spends during business travel 
Prior experience of handling BPO Teams of 10-15 agents and driving metric based performance of the team 
Understanding of performance management and mentorship for agents 
Ability to interact with client and be able to present team performance 
Good written and verbal communication skills 
Ability to work in 24x7 environment
