Lead / Asst Manager -FPA

He will support the India Finance team in delivering high - quality financial planning,
analysis, reporting, and business partnering. This role is critical in driving data - based decision - making, monthly
performance reviews, budgeting , forecasting, and supporting business initiatives to improve profitability, cost
efficiency, and operational excellence.

Financial Planning & Forecasting
• Financial Planning & Forecasting :
Support the annual operating plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlook submissions.
Coordinate with cross - functional teams (Operations, SCM, Sales, HR, Projects) to gather assumptions and
validate inputs.
- Develop financial models for revenue, cost, margin, and cash flow forecasting.
- Monitor actual vs. forecast variances and identify risks/opportunities.
Management Reporting
