The Lead AV Engineer is responsible for defining, governing, and evolving enterprise audiovisual (AV) engineering standards across meeting spaces, broadcast environments, and collaboration platforms. This role serves as the technical authority for room design, acoustics, AV infrastructure, and lifecycle strategy—ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-quality user experiences across Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro, Neat, and telephony-integrated environments.

**Meeting Room Design Standards & Engineering**

+ Define and maintain enterprise meeting room design standards, including room profiles, layouts, and technology configurations
