The Avionics R&E Lead Technician is responsible to his or her respective department supervisor for all functions assigned to provide airworthiness of the aircraft upon completion of maintenance at the facility.
**What you will be responsible for:**

+ **Provide Technical Support and Oversight:** Be available for consultation on work-related matters, provide guidance and technical advice to assigned technicians, and assist supervisors in reviewing personnel qualifications and maximizing manpower.
+ **Aircraft and Job Proficiency:** Be accomplished on assigned aircraft and perform on-the-job training to support team development and proficiency.
+ **Paperwork and Compliance:** Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately, signed, and in compliance with regulations and procedures.
