Bark Barbecue is seeking an experienced Lead Barista to join the team at our café, located within our new 8,700 sq. ft. flagship destination in the heart of North Brooklyn (East Williamsburg/Bushwick).
Our café program is focused on exceptional coffee, hospitality, and craftsmanship, featuring espresso-based beverages, signature drinks, and a commitment to quality and consistency.
Position: Lead Barista
Lead Baristas play a critical role in setting the standard for beverage quality, hospitality, organization, and service execution. This position helps ensure consistency throughout daily operations while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Ideal Candidates
• Previous barista experience required, including dialing in espresso and executing consistent latte art
