Lead Barista

Job Description:

Job Purpose: To lead daily cafe beverage operations by supervising barista staff, ensuring consistent drink quality, maintaining cleanliness and inventory control, and delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with Corti Cafe's hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:Operational Duties:

• Prepare and serve all espresso-based beverages, teas, and other drinks as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Supervise daily operations of the bar station and ensure smooth workflow during service hours.
• Maintain equipment (espresso machines, grinders, blenders, etc.) in excellent working condition.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and supplies, ensuring timely requisition and refills.
• Ensure adherence to café hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
