At our bar, precision and pace coexist. You'll guide a team that moves quickly but never carelessly; that stays grounded even when the line is long. Your role goes beyond preparation — it's about setting the rhythm, maintaining standards, and keeping the bar flowing smoothly from open to close.

You'll be hands-on: pulling shots, whisking matcha, managing orders, and making sure every cup reflects the same care and balance. You'll also oversee operations — from team coordination and shift planning to upholding service flow, cleanliness, and product quality.
