Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Service Delivery

• Lead and oversee individualised behaviour intervention programmes for clients with developmental needs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure high-quality therapy delivery
• Provide direct therapy when required and support complex cases
• Ensure clinical practices align with ethical standards and evidence-based approaches
