Lead Bid Manager (APAC)

Our client is a leading enterprise, looking to on-board a Lead Bid Manager to lead complex bid and proposal initiatives across the region.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end‑to‑end bid management, including capture planning, solution integration, and final submission.
• Drive qualification assessments, win‑themes, and bid strategy alongside sales leaders.
• Manage timelines, workstreams, approvals, and bid documentation with excellence.
• Maintain risk registers, ensure governance compliance, and support contract negotiations.
• Produce post‑bid reviews and handovers for delivery teams.
• Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and product capabilities.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 15 years of experience in bid/proposal management within Tech, Telcos, Regional/Global SIs.
