Job Description
Join Kenan Advantage Group as a Billing Supervisor and lead the billing team. This onsite role focuses on timely invoicing and cash flow optimization.
As a key member of KAG Canada, the Billing Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing and efficient billing procedures across the organization. You will manage a team of 10 billing clerks while overseeing process documentation and billing discrepancies. The emphasis is on driving cash flow performance and maintaining effective communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure zero revenue loss through effective billing management
• Oversee timely invoicing and procedure implementation
• Maintain accurate customer billing records and reports
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and analysis
• Train team members on billing systems and best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience
