Lead BIM Modeler

We are seeking a Lead BIM Modeler to oversee BIM modeling activities and ensure the accuracy, quality, and coordination of BIM models across projects. The role involves leading a team of modelers, maintaining BIM standards, and coordinating with design and construction teams.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and manage BIM modeling activities for assigned projects
• Develop, maintain, and review BIM models using Revit
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements
• Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes and design issues
• Conduct model audits and quality checks
• Support BIM implementation, workflows, and best practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to BIM Modelers
• Prepare and manage BIM-related submissions and deliverables

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
