Experience:15 years in machining or process industries.
Technical Expertise:
Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes.Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.Experience with implementing lean manufacturing techniques.Hands-on experience with 5-Axis, 4-Axis, and 3-Axis HMC and VMC machines.Expertise in advanced tooling methodologies and cutting parameter optimization.Skilled in CNC programming for Fanuc and Siemens controls.Proficiency in design tools, including CATIA, UG NX, and AutoCAD.
Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving:
