Role Overview As Lead BMS Hardware Engineer, you will own the end-to-end hardware design of our BMS boards from architecture and schematics to PCB design, validation, and compliance. You will lead and mentor a team of hardware engineers, establish structured design processes, and ensure our designs meet automotive-grade safety, reliability, and certification standards.
