Experience

• 10+ years of overall experience in Business Analysis

• Significant experience in leading BA teams and managing complex enterprise programs

• Strong expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud (SaaS ERP) modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.)

• Proven experience working on Rowan Booth–related engagements

• Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing skills

• Ability to lead requirement gathering, analysis, validation, and documentation

• Strong understanding of finance processes and ERP best practices
