Lead Business Analyst

Job Description
Insight global is looking for qualified Business Analysts or Business Systems Analysts for multiple AI based projects for a Wealth Management client. This role is hybrid Downtown Toronto and is for a 6 month contract with extensions.

Key Responsibilities:
 - Ability to build and manage relationships with senior leaders providing thought leadership for informed decision making
 - Ability to collaborate and guide discussions on approach, scope, etc. with various stakeholders.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, analysts, legal, PR, development, QA, etc. to deliver accurate positioning and storytelling of products and solutions.
 - Lead Workshops, elicit and document business requirements in order to construct personas, identify user profiles, and write requirement documents both as user stories and in waterfall formats.
