Job Description

Job Summary 
Business Development & Analysis is a key role responsible for driving data driven decision-making across the regional operations. This position oversees the analysis of market trends and commercial performance to support regional growth and cross market collaboration. 
Key Responsibilities 
Lead the analysis of regional commercial performance, including distribution, product, and customer management
Establish best practices for data collection, dashboards, analysis, and KPI reporting 
Provide data-driven recommendations to CCO on distribution, customer and product strategy 
Work closely with Finance, Operations to ensure alignment between insights and execution 
 Lead market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities 
Partner with Commercial Strategy and Planning role to support CCO develop annual business plans and cross-market growth strategies
