Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Responsible for coordinating all high-quality tool manufacturers (RIDGID, Greenlee, Klauke, HDE)
Supervise sales operations of partner channels to drive revenue.
Showcase critical thinking to build robust plans for improving brand expansion. 
Conduct product demonstrations and business presentation to end users to help promote Professional Tool brands (this includes virtual demos and trainings)
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners in assigned territory
Collaborate with current channel partners to develop and implement business strategies in order to achieve sales targets. Develop positive working relationships with them to build business
Evaluate channel partner sales performance and recommend improvements. 
Collaborate with channel partners on preparing monthly sales forecast and updates to help our supply chain.
