**Role Overview**

Entegra is hiring a **Lead Business Technology Analyst.** We are seeking a highly collaborative and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Business Solutions team. In this tactical, execution-focused role, you will be the engine that turns business requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks for our IT development teams. You will act as the daily bridge between business stakeholders, our users, and IT. If you thrive in Agile environments, enjoy writing detailed user stories, running user acceptance testing, and resolving support escalations, this role is for you.
