Lead Cable Project Engineer

TRS Staffing have a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Cable Project Engineer.


The role will see you join the newly formed Offshore HVAC Project Engineering team to help drive forward projects and successfully deliver a network for Net Zero.



The Role

Involved in detail design reviews, HAZCON/HAZOP sessions supporting construction, installation, commissioning and project completion.

Providing cable engineering support by reviewing cable system designs including review and assessment of technology options, underground cable routing selection, producing current rating calculations using CYMCAP software and assessment of interface requirements.

Developing technical scopes and specifications for subsea and underground cable elements including modifications to existing assets.
