Roles and Responsibilities

Sr. Key Responsibilities(Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the
incumbent to perform)
1. To manage the Campus process of the Bank
Ensure smooth execution of the defined campus process of the Bank
Re-imagine and keep revising the process so as to make constant improvement in the
process and refresh the process from time to time to ensure alignment to market
Be the one point contact for all campus data
Should be able to execute with speed and clarity
Able to manage senior level interactions within the Bank.
To revisit the campus policy / Tiering / compensation etc. periodically to ensure market
parity.

2. Work closely to create a Campus engagement calendar to ensure brand visibility for RBL in the campuses
3. Budget Management - ensure budget compliance
