Lead Career Navigator

MAJOR FUNCTION

: This is independent, complex, and highly specialized case management/counseling work. This is work directly related to the Project Anchor grant between Tallahassee Community College and the Department of Juvenile Justice.

• Provides direction and delegation of tasks amongst other career navigators. Develops and executes staff training in alignment with the service model. Facilitates and leads meetings as required. Creates strategies for troubleshooting and problem solving. Develops and implements a quality assurance for the unit that is measurable. Provides oversight of reports/documents/communication prior to submission to Project Anchor Director or external partners.

• Reviews and processes referrals and other documents related to program youth.  Assists with the registration process and responds to inquiries about the admittance into a post-secondary institution. Processes changes in Workday. Works closely with Instru...
