As a Lead Cargo Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of cargo operations during your assigned shift. You will support the Cargo Supervisor, Duty Manager, and Station Head in delivering safe, compliant, and timely cargo handling—while maintaining service excellence and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
Ensure that 1Aviation's Vision, Mission, and Values are achieved.
Promote and ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Security, and Customer Service standards based on regulatory requirements and company policies.
Supervise cargo acceptance processes and issuance of Air Waybills (AWB) in accordance with carrier procedures.
Review cargo booking advice and ensure proper handling of booked cargoes.
