Lead Carpenter

We are looking for a Senior / Lead Carpenter to join our factory-based production team in Nilai.

This role is ideal for an experienced carpenter who not only has strong hands-on skills, but is also able to guide junior carpenters and support CNC-based production workflows.

Candidates with experience in training juniors, supervising workmanship, or working alongside CNC operations will have a clear advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee carpentry works for custom furniture and factory production
• Read and interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and production layouts
• Guide, train, and supervise junior carpenters / trainees
• Ensure workmanship quality meets production standards
• Coordinate with CNC operators and production team
• Familiarity with CNC processes, panel cutting, or automated production is an advantage
• Maintain workshop discipline, safety, and workflow efficiency
