About us
Being a pivotal role in the concept to production of a Dyson Designed Battery Cell puts the Energy Storage Engineering team at the heart of this exciting journey. The Team will translate early concept directions into fully developed, optimised & validated solutions to make at high volume for the next generation of Dyson products.
About the role
This role will make key technical contributions to the characterisation and verification of Dyson-designed next-generation battery cells, components, and materials. You will be responsible for R&D prototype quality control and testing, design and process failure root cause analysis, characterisation technique development, and equipment management within the laboratory.
A successful candidate will combine strong technical skills with a hands-on approach and a proactive/inquisitive nature. The role reports to the Energy Storage Cell Design and Application team.
