Lead Centrifugal/Absorption Chiller Service Mechanic (Institutional & Industrial)

We’re seeking a seasoned professional who can take charge of complex service and overhaul work across diverse facilities.

• Own end-to-end chiller overhauls—plan, disassemble, rebuild, and return to service solo.


• Work confidently across multiple OEMs and technologies, including centrifugal and absorption systems.


• Support institutional and industrial clients: municipalities, universities, school districts, and manufacturing sites.

• 10+ years of dedicated chiller experience.


• Proven record performing complete overhauls independently.


• Experience with multiple manufacturers’ equipment.


• Background in municipal, university, K–12, or industrial environments.


• Current Journeyman License.
