Lead Child and Youth Program Assistant CY-02

Summary This Regular Full-Time position is located at the Anniston Army Depot Child Development Center (6 weeks - 5 years). The original closing date of 05/11/2026 has been extended. Referrals will be sent upon request. Child and Youth Services (CYS) Regular and FLEX employees (working a minimum of 15 hours) will receive a 100% discount on childcare for their first child and 25% for each additional child. Responsibilities Serves as a team leader with responsibility for ensuring the program staff provides appropriate developmental care and instruction for children and youth ranging in age from 6 weeks to 18 years in Child and Youth Services (CYS) programs. Ensures the implementation of a developmentally appropriate program that promotes the social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth of children and youth in the ages served.
