  Overview 
  Hire Resolve’s client in the civil engineering industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Lead Civil Engineer in Umhlanga. 
  Responsibilities: 
 Lead Engineers and Technicians on design construction and civil engineering projects to ensure efficient project execution.
 Verify work for accuracy, proper methods, techniques, and compliance with applicable standards and specifications aligned with BMK QMS.
 Develop frameworks and processes to manage business risks in daily operations.
 Drive innovation and efficiency improvements to optimize processes.
 Manage all project stages from inception layouts to close-out engineering designs.
 Perform quality control checks.
 Provide technical advice on project feasibility, cost, and timelines.
 Set project milestones, communicate status updates, and address any setbacks.
