GM Advanced Design Europe is seeking an experienced and innovative Lead Clay Sculptor to lead physical modelling projects in our advanced design studio based in Leamington Spa, England. This role is crucial for translating 2D design concepts into high-quality 3D clay models, ensuring our vehicles embody the GM brand essence.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Lead advanced clay sculpting projects from sketch through to a highly realized full size 3D form.
+ Translate 2D sketches, renderings, and digital data into precise and aesthetically refined 3D clay models for various vehicle programs.
+ Understand and participate in all aspects of the clay sculpting process, creative hand sculpting, programming for mill, milling, scanning, dynoc and preparing models for paint.
+ Collaborate closely with design, digital sculpting and studio engineering teams to ensure design intent and feasibility are met.
