Job Title: Lead Clinical Director
Salary: Up to £95,000 per annum, Full‑time, Permanent.

Location: Somerset and Wiltshire
Garston Veterinary Group is a thriving multi‑site veterinary practice seeking an experienced veterinary leader. The role involves guiding clinical standards across a large and progressive group, leading a team of 24 veterinarians and 50+ nurses, and shaping the strategic direction of a forward‑thinking veterinary group. The practice offers advanced facilities including a 24/7 RCVS‑accredited hospital with an overnight night nurse team, modern theatres, laparoscopic kit, digital x‑ray, ultrasound, laser therapy, an on‑site laboratory and a CT scanner.
Responsibilities
- Guide clinical standards across the practice.
- Lead and manage a team of 24 veterinarians and 50+ nurses.
- Shape the strategic direction of a well‑established veterinary group.
