Job Description
Shape the future of patient care as the Lead Manager of Clinical Informatics. Manage RAI-MDS 2.0 compliance, deliver crucial staff training, and drive quality assurance initiatives.
In this pivotal role reporting to the Director of Care, you will coordinate the RAI-MDS 2.0 process and monitor quality outcomes. Your responsibilities include educating staff on key indicators and collaborating with management to implement efficient data collection and analysis. You will also mentor and guide Nursing Restorative Therapists to enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide education on RAI-MDS 2.0 and quality indicators
• Mentor staff in Nursing Restorative Care philosophy
• Ensure compliance with legislative requirements
• Lead annual Quality Improvement Plan development
• Coordinate data submission processes to CIHI
Requirements:
• Valid certification in Ontario or equivalent
• Two years' experience in long-term care
