Lead - Collection - Secured In House

Key Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for Direction Collection of bucket 1 to begin with only and will subsequently takeover additional responsibilities.
• Brings good field experience of various geography in India for better understanding of different Challenges in collection.
• Has good Analytical knowledge and can be a solution provider.
• Good understanding of cost control & cost tracking.
• Should have managed teams / indirect teams in the past.
• Should be able to find solution for performance improvement and should be open to field visits.
• Should have the foresight of setting collection strategies and implementation of HO guideline to the last level for better execution and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with regularization.
• Smart & Active in follow up for target achievement.
• Should serve as deputy to the Head of Collections in their absence.
