Lead, Commercial & Capital Structure (UAEN)

Support the execution of commercial and financial analysis, capital structuring activities, and investment cases for the Generation business unit by reviewing financial modelling, transaction projects, and finance documents, and preparing the relevant business case documentation.

The role contributes to the delivery of due diligence, financing activities, and commercial evaluation while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support portfolio growth and optimization.

• Follow the operational strategy in compliance with group delegation of authority policies.
