Lead, Community Health Programs Coordinator (Casual) - Transforming Mental Health

**This is a casual, grant funded position which is subject to renewal on 06/30/2030.**

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for overall coordination of the assigned Transforming Mental Health Programs. The Lead Program Coordinator works under the direction of the Manager and assists with oversight of deliverables for assigned programs. The Lead Coordinator coordinates all logistics of program planning, implementation and evaluation to ensure that all program deliverables are met according to the timeline of all grants and contracts. The Lead Coordinator assists Manager in delegating tasks to Coordinators and specialists as appropriate. The Lead Coordinator also functions as a community liaison and identifies and creates new relationships within the hospital system and external organizations to enhance current programs.
