Lead Company Corporate Secretarial

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Lead Company Secretary for a leading manufacturing group with operations across India and international markets. The incumbent will lead the corporate secretarial, governance, compliance, and regulatory framework for multiple listed and unlisted group entities globally.
The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in listed companies, IPO/listing processes, corporate governance, related party transactions (RPT), and compliance under LODR regulations. The role requires close engagement with Board members, promoters, senior leadership, regulators, and external stakeholders while ensuring the highest standards of governance and statutory compliance.
