About the Role We are looking for a skilled Construction Takeoff and Estimation Specialist based in Pakistan to support California construction projects. The ideal candidate understands U.S. construction drawings, takeoffs, estimating, and trade scopes, with a strong focus on accuracy, speed, and organization. You will review plans, perform quantity takeoffs, prepare estimates, and help organize bids for residential and commercial projects in California. Responsibilities Review architectural, structural, civil, MEP, and finish plans. Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from PDF plans and construction drawings.
