About the role
We are looking for a ServiceNow, Lead Consultant. To be a Lead consulting teams delivering ServiceNow projects and services that ensure a high degree of satisfaction to the customer.

Location: Aukland or Wellington, New Zealand.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Delivery & Client Outcomes

Lead and deliver high-quality, on-time ServiceNow solutions across design, development, testing and implementation.
Produce clear solution designs and documentation aligned to ServiceNow best practice, out-of-the-box capability and customer needs.
Build trusted client relationships and provide sound recommendations on risk, process improvement and automation.
Act as a trusted escalation point, resolving delivery issues and coordinating across teams and vendors.
Identify and influence new opportunities within customer accounts in partnership with account teams.
