Lead Consultant

As part of the health & benefits team, this role is primarily to develop and grow our H&B business in Malaysia. This would include active business development and pipeline management, provide technical training, client sales/ servicing support and to deliver on H&B strategy and BD projects.
The Role
Support health & benefits projects and proposals development
Project delivery and account management. This would include serving as the contact for internal stakeholders and clients on delivery of services.
Sales management, ensuring the progress against established objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables and quality standards
Develop benefits propositions, liaising & negotiating with stakeholders and prepare client solutions & recommendations. This would include (but not limited to) day to day vendor collaboration, building/refining processes and developing marketing/sales materials
Manage client expectations and raise appropriate issues to Practice Leader
