Lead Consultant - Oracle Fusion HCM - OTL

Infosys is seeking an

Oracle Fusion HCM Oracle Time & Labor Techno Functional Lead

to implement and support OTL modules for Canadian public sector clients. The role requires expert knowledge of OTL, guiding projects through the SDLC and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences.

Required Qualifications

Located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or willing to relocate; travel may be required.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.

Minimum 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Authorized to work in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship; Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role.

Conduct requirement gathering with HR, OTL, and business stakeholders.

Configure Time Entry Profiles, Layout Sets, and Time Calculation Rules.
