Lead – Content

The Lead, Content & Social Media, will oversee the day-to-day execution of Impact Interventions' digital strategy, driving growth for TCF Impact Interventions. The role takes ownership of the content production pipeline and performance marketing (paid ads). The Lead ensures that all digital outputs, from high-engagement social media reels to lead-generation campaigns, are executed with speed, creativity, and adherence to the brand's standard.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Content Production & Design (Essential)
Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality mobile-first video content (Reels, Shorts) and long-form video assets to drive engagement across platforms.
Design and produce rapid-turnaround visual assets, including social media posts, event flyers, and digital certificates, using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Provide real-time event coverage (live social updates, photography, and videography) during workshops, training sessions, and school visits.
