Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as Team Lead supporting a full-service District responsible for pre-award and post-award functions of procurements across a broad spectrum of Military and Civil Construction, A-E, and Service and Supply contracts of significant importance to the agency and its customers.
