Lead Contracts Manager

**Job Description Summary**
The Lead Contract Manager, an experienced contract expert, reporting to Region Contract Management Leader, is responsible for supporting project teams on contractual & commercial matters relating to the negotiation, administration, and performance of projects and various contractual relationships thereto including towards customers, consortium partners, suppliers and subcontractors.

**Roles and Responsibilities – Pre-award phase**

+ Reviewing and redlining customer tender documents, sub-contracts, consortium agreements, pre-bid agreements etc with focus on scope, payment process, change order/variation order process, claim management, bonds, insurance, extension of time provisions etc.

+ Working with tender/commercial teams to implement risk control & mitigation through structured exchange of return of experience

+ Providing support in T&C negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
