Title: Technical Manager ( Electrical )

Location: Chennai

Required Skills and Experience

• 15+ years of experience in electrical and automation design for Special Purpose Machines.
• Proven experience leading and managing electrical and automation teams.
• Strong background in electrical architecture, control systems, safety systems, and component selection.
• Strong understanding of electrical standards and functional safety principles.
• Expertise in Electrical CAD tools (SEE Electrical, EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with PLC platforms (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), HMIs, servo systems, and VFD.
• Good Knowledge in Pneumatic systems and their component selections
• Experience with Industry 4.0, smart automation, and machine connectivity is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
