Lead Conversion Specialist

Overview
We are looking for a Lead Conversion Specialist to turn qualified leads into active clients. This role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-ups, and a friendly, professional approach. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads into clients through phone, email, and follow-ups.
• Explain services and guide prospects through the onboarding process.
• Track and manage leads accurately in CRM or internal systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lead conversion or lead generation

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in ABA or related fields such as home care, HCBS, peer support, or mental health.
