We are seeking an experienced Lead Cook to join our catering and events team. This is a hands‑on leadership role working directly under our Executive Chef in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment.

About the Role:

• Lead daily kitchen prep and event execution
• Oversee large‑scale production and high‑volume orders
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and timing standards are met
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Support and guide kitchen staff during prep and on‑site service
• Meet strict deadlines and timeline targets for events of varying sizes

• Proven experience as a hot line cook or lead cook
