Job Description
The Customer Success Lead serves as the single relationship owner for an assigned cluster of residential projects, accountable for delivering a seamless, consistent, and human Vecino experience from reservation onward.
The role leads and guides a Customer Success team covering Central and North Luzon, ensuring clear ownership of the customer journey, consistent execution of service standards, and proactive issue management across all projects in the cluster.
Working in close partnership with Sales, Account Management, and internal delivery teams, the Customer Success Lead drives smooth handoffs, minimizes friction and escalations, and builds a disciplined, customer-first culture—ensuring every Vecino feels supported, informed, and confidently guided at every stage of their journey.
