Job Description

The Lead Customer Support Engineer is mainly responsible for overseeing technical support operations for the company's software products and applications.

  • Bachelor's/Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support for Software products.
  • 1-2 years of experience in senior or leadership support role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Strong leadership and team mentoring skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong stakeholder management.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
