Job Description
The Lead Customer Support Engineer is mainly responsible for overseeing technical support operations for the company's software products and applications.
- Bachelor's/Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in technical support for Software products.
- 1-2 years of experience in senior or leadership support role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Strong leadership and team mentoring skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong stakeholder management.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
