The Lead Customer Support Engineer is mainly responsible for overseeing technical support operations for the company's software products and applications.
Bachelor's/Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in technical support for Software products.
1-2 years of experience in senior or leadership support role preferred.
Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
Experience with ticketing systems.
Strong leadership and team mentoring skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-centric mindset with strong stakeholder management.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
