Lead Data Analyst- Power BI, financials

Experience Required: 68 Years Role Description Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting for multiple business units. Manage P&L reporting, monitor cost center performance, and deliver detailed variance analysis. Develop and present Power BI dashboards to support senior leadership decision-making. Act as a consultative thought partner to leadership by providing strategic financial insights. Present financial and business insights clearly to senior management using strong storytelling skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Operations, Sales, and Business Partners. Own complete headcount (FTE) reporting and forecasting, ensuring staffing accuracy and workforce planning alignment. Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities, including reconciliations.
