A large organisation is looking for a Lead Data Engineer to help build and scale a modern data platform supporting analytics, reporting and data-driven initiatives.

This is a senior, hands-on role with ownership across data pipelines, modelling and engineering standards. You’ll work closely with architects, engineers and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure data solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and deliver scalable data engineering solutions
• Build and optimise data pipelines, warehouses and data marts
• Implement data models alongside architecture
• Lead engineering best practices across performance, quality and governance
• Improve data quality, automation and reusability of frameworks
• Contribute to advanced analytics and reporting use cases
